4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all images, documents, and assets you process. Because processing occurs exclusively inside your browser, BitNexa Studio does not view, claim, store, or license your creations.

4.2 Platform Rights

The website source code, design layout, typography, branding, logos, and UI components are proprietary property of BitNexa Studio protected by copyright laws.

5. Commercial Use Rights

Images and PDFs exported via BitNexa may be used for both personal and commercial purposes, including marketing campaigns, client deliverables, website assets, and publication, without royalty obligations or attribution requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
